Some Hours Issues

Over the last couple weeks there have been a couple of occasions on which we had no one in the store when we were supposed to be open. This is partly due to some miss communication between myself and some new staff members. However the problem has been dealt with, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have been to anyone!
As a part of my apology, those who were inconvenienced by this can e-mail me at tguitars@live.ca or call me at 780-278-3679 and get a coupon for 10% off any one item in the store, as long as you can tell me the day and time it was that you were here during our regular hours and we were closed.
Since we are talking about new staff members and hours of operations, I will take this chance to touch on some other points.
Brianna Clark is our newest addition to our staff, so please be patient with her as she gets used to her new working environment. Because I am doing landscaping most of the time in the summer, I will not always be around to help during the day, and Brianna will be here by herself. So if you have any questions about ordering in specific items, or you need help or advice with anything, please give me (James) a call directly at 780-278-3679. Brianna is quickly picking up on things however and will do all that she can to help you out with whatever you need, so you can still stop in the store for help with whatever you need. I will always be in in the evenings and on Sundays, so if it is important you see me, you can call ahead to be sure I'll be there, or just show up any time between 5:00pm and 8:00pm weekdays, or on Sunday, and I will be here to help.
This brings me to our Hours of operation which normally are shortened in the summer because of lower sales due to the nature of our business. However, this summer I will try to be open during all our regular hours which are:
Sunday 10:00am-8:00pm
Monday 10:00am-8:00pm
Tuesday 10:00am-8:00pm
Wednesday 10:00am-8:00pm
Thursday 10:00am-8:00pm
Friday 10:00am-6:00pm
Saturday, Closed

There may be one or 2 days this summer that I will close before 8, so if you will be here after 6, it's a good idea to call ahead if you are able. But as always if you give me a call I can try to meet outside of these hours if you are unable to make it during these hours for whatever reason. If you happen to come by while we are closed when we are not supposed to be, you can give me a call or e-mail with the day and time and receive the same 10% off coupon mentioned above.

Promotions and New Inventory

Here are our currently running promotions:

The Not In Stock Promotion
This promotion gives you 15% off all special orders of not in stock Hagstrom, Washburn, Parker, Warwick, Samson, Vox, Korg, studiologic, and Hartke products. Also if you spend over $1500.00 you will get 20% off, and if you Spend over $3000.00 you will get 25% off. This means you can get what you want, in the colour/configuration you want, at ridiculously low prices, and all you have to do is wait a week or two to get it.

Summer Break Acoustic Sale
There's nothing better during the summer than sitting by a campfire playing your guitar. So to help you out in preparing for this, if you buy any acoustic guitar in July or August, we will throw in everything you need to be camping ready. This means you get a free case (to get it to the campground safely), a tuner (because off tune singing is bad enough), an extra set of strings (cause no one wants to be stuck in the wilderness with a broken string), picks and a pick holder  (so you don't lose them all), and a capo (simply because they are handy to have around). So this means even with the most basic $100.00 acoustic guitar, you are getting about 50-60 dollars worth of free accessories. As you increase the price of the guitar you are buying, you will get more value in accessories, up to around 300-400 dollars worth of free stuff. You can also upgrade your accessories on any priced guitar simply by paying the difference in price between the free one and the one you want.

Allstar Landscaping Quote Promotion
Due to my connection to Allstar Landscaping Services, Throughout this whole summer, if you get a quote on your landscaping, you will receive a coupon for 10% off any one thing in the store. this could potentially save you $800.00 (assuming you buy our most expensive guitar) the product doesn't even need to be in stock, so you can order a specific outdoor PA system for your new back yard, or an acoustic guitar to play around your fire pit, or just anything! If you want a quote on your landscaping project, please call Micah at 780-910-1698.

Now for some new inventory!

Korg MICROSTATION
This is an extremely portable keyboard, due to it's small overall dimensions and light weight. It has 61 semi-weighted, touch sensitive keys, that are slightly smaller than normal, making this much easier to play since you dont have to reach as far. The only way in which it isn't great is if you are a piano player, since you would want fully weighted normal sized keys.  It does not have built in speakers, but We have many speaker and headphone options available for this. It has 480 ready to use sounds, and you can save up to 512 sound programs that you created yourself. It has Loop Recording, Grid Sequencing, Dual Arpeggiators, Template songs, and Auto Song Setup features make it easy for anyone to achieve professional results. It is really a Professional quality instrument, but at a much more reasonable price than most.
Vintage VE900MH
A grand auditorium sized acoustic with a solid Mahogany top, and mahogany back and sides. It has a Matte finish, so you wont get fingerprints on it as easily, and it is much louder than it's lacquer finished counterparts. It is equipped with the Fishman ISYS+ pick-up system and tuner, Graphtech Nuts and saddles, and Wilkinson hardware. the guitar in exceptionally loud for the size, with lots of depth to the sound, making it ideal for fingerstyle playing. I Personally still prefer the Hagstrom MOCON for small Mahogany guitars, because I think they are better value for the money, but if you want serious volume, good quality craftsmanship, and a nice matte finished instrument, you certainly can't go wrong with the Vintage.
VINTAGE VE900MH Mahogany

Diamond Head Ukuleles
A new line of ukuleles we are trying out. Mostly entry level ones under the $50.00 price range, just giving you some more options in colour, style, and brand.

here are a couple Parkers I have on the way.
